Houston, TX- April 9th, 2015- Zoyto Inc., the leading
e-commerce order fulfillment company, based in Houston, announced the appointment
of Gerald "Chris" Garza as the new Director of Operations. Chris has
more than 20 years of experience of working at Walmart Corporate and 5 years at
Dollar General as a District Manager. At Walmart, he had to handle a range of responsibilities
which included Human Resource Labor Manager, Store Management and Regional
Asset Protection Director.
As a Director of Operations at Zoyto, Chris will be responsible
for building productivity, driving efficiency so that the organizational health
of Zoyto is strengthened. He will also be responsible for managing all these
within current business conditions and budget limitations.
He will be advising on three business aspects which
include:

Business Directives
His capabilities include building new communication
mediums, being part of current communications, for consistent reporting of
monthly meetings, weekly conference calls, weekly reporting or any new offering
of services to new clients.

Operational Directive
He has to take on the task of managing the operational
functions like examining and composing a business scale model so that it
adheres to current work load vs. labor, to ensure that the productivity levels
at Zoyto are at their best. To improve production level and get better
conditions as an end result, while reducing the cost of labor.

Organizational Health
He will be examining all aspects of labor assets and
use them against the entire work load, to ensure that the economical
feasibility is there even in a changing business environment.
Chris will be also looking over network marketing and order awaiting
fulfillment and carry out more
responsibilities to ensure that Zoyto continues to deliver the best services
and finds success in its initiatives.
